Transcendent Swirl
I was invited to collaborate with Musician Stephen Newby, in creating a site-specific installation and opening musical event for the opening of a “Christ & Cascadia” Conference in Seattle. The installation included images and video with diverse populations, projected onto teardrop shapes dangling from the ceiling. (Collaboration with artist, Danielle Elliot). Later in the evening, Stephen Newby and musicians performed as close to 300 people looked on. This was the shortest duration for an installation to be up in my career, but an undeniable resonance with the power of ”diversity” on many levels.
